- You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
- We have a ‘no question asked return policy’ which entitles all users who have purchased a product to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the product back with us and grant credit for the value of the returned product. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice against all Urban Desi transactions.
- The above is applicable for electronics if the deal is intact.
- In case of payment at the time of delivery, you will not be required to pay for:
- Orders where the packaging has been tampered or damaged by us.
- Wrong order being delivered.
- Items missing from your offer at the time of delivery.
